EBT Teacher Certification
Application for Yang Yang's Evidence-Based Taiji Teacher Certification Training
ApplicationRegistrationEBT instructors

The following application is now being accepted for Dr. Yang's Evidence-Based Taiji (EBT) Teacher Certification Training, Part A, August 2-7, 2009 at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College, Indiana. You may also apply for weekend training with Dr. Yang or Senior EBT instructors. Space is limited, so if interested you are encouraged to apply early. When evaluating applications extra weight will be given to applicants who are actively teaching or planning to initiate teaching.

Please answer all of the following questions and then hit the "Submit" button at the bottom. Brevity and clarity of writing are desired for essay-type questions. If, like Mark Twain, you do not have time to write a short answer and therefore must write a long one, you are welcome to forward a Word document addendum to the application to us at info("at symbol")centerfortaiji.com. Please identify yourself and the application question(s) that is (are) the subject of the addendum.

Acceptance into the program is competitive and we encourage you to be brief yet sincere in your response.
